Resize a partition Windows 7

I am looking at extending the partions on my drive and was wondering how to go about it .
There are instructions online about what software to use and how to do it ,but would also like to hear any suggestions of here .
Thanks
:)

Disk manager will let you resize partitions but it does tend to turn them into virtual partitions.

If you want to do any serious partion swapping/merging/resizing then something like partition magic or the free partedmagic

Acronis Disk Tools is probably the best paid for solution.

Just after something to extend the one partition into the available space in the next partition.
I will take a look at partedmajic .
