NO BB (STB online flashing) HP1 area
 

Hi,

for the second day in a row @ 11:34 noticed my stb online flashing downstairs.

i was using my BB that also stopped. Could not connect to any page.



chkd my samsungg STB it had errors (301) no signal,(163) failed to connect,(173) then (161) signal back. all starting at 11:34.

chkd my modem had (3) critical events starting at 11:34 Time Not Established Time Not Established Critical (3) SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/Q...

MY SERVICE BOTH TV & BB HAVE BEEN FINE UPTO YESTERDAY.

is this a warning that my BB & TV service is going to start to go down or some sort of VM engineering work ?.



don't know if any one else in HP1 are having any blips in service

my tv serives went down in bradford the over day and the internet as you have just said so it might be updating or repair work cause i rang virgin media up and they said if it contiuned to do it after 24 hours to ring them back up but everything was resolved by 10pm the same day
