New Samsung V+ box makes thudding noise
 

I've just had a new Samsung V+ box put in, replacing a string of glitchy SA units, remote is fast and responsive and picture quality is much better. However, whenever we use the fast forward and stop controls, the sound (optical out) makes a low crunchy thud!:(

Has anyone had this or have a solution? Thanks.
