Converting files

Hi guys

I am trying to find a program that can convert my business's invoices into microsoft word so I can change the layout of the text.
I have downloaded a free program but it chucks all the text out of line.

Does anyone know a good program that will do this for me?

Thanks
Ryan

Open office http://download.openoffice.org/

Also Abiword http://www.abisource.com/download/

Abi word is a MS word clone, Open office is the MS office clone

Abi word can run from a flash drive.

Do you mean scan them in and convert them? Therefore you're looking for OCR software that can retain the layout?

What file format are the invoices in?

Or, as Cob asks above, are they paper invoices that will be scanned?

They are pdf files created by my business website, but the layout is incorrect for our label paper so I need to move the delivery address. Obviously I cant do this as a pdf so am trying to convert it from the saved pdf file on my computer to a microsoft word document so I can re-arange the layout of the text?

Which one did you try?

This free online one claims to be most accurate in retaining formatting:
