C4 HD - poor picture and sound
 

hi

my C4 HD channel has picture and sound issues, intermittenly breaking up with lines across the screen and sound skipping.

I did call 151 a while ago but the nice Indian lady said she would send an update which did'nt work (she did tell me if that was the case it was a problem with the V+ box and I need to call after 24 hrs to arrange an engineer visit??).

All my other HD channels work just fine and before when I've had a problem with a particular channel they've sent an update that worked fine.

anybody else experiencing problems and should I just chance my luck and call again? what time of the day would I get someone in the UK? do they work weekends too?
I really don't want to take time off for an engineer visit just to fix C4 HD

not a major issue but has gone on for over a month and I really should sort it out as C4 HD is better than SD which I'm currently watching C4 programmes on

I'd call again, 08:00 is the best time to call.

Are you sure that Nat Geo HD doesn't have the same problem?

I will check tonight, I def checked other HD channels but can't remember Nat Geo HD specifically

cheers, do you know what time they switch over to India? I don't get home from work till well after 6pm.

does the UK call centre open weekends?
