An ex-art student who worked alongside artist Tracey Emin has been jailed for 16 months for forging her work.

I suspect the thread title is a little misleading, as the purpose of the thread to me seems to be the disparity between the punishment for offences against the person, and the punishment where money/reward is involved.
It just seems to be the case that beating someone up is not as bad as cheating someone out of a few quid. :shrug: |

I reckon that anyone who aims to subject the world to even more of Ms Emin's dubious output than she can churn out deserves the severest of sentences.... I just wish they'd lock her up as well! :D
