Linking vhs player to a sky hd box
Just upgraded from basic sky box to sky hd and has just been installed : ) very happy with it!! Only thing is, is that basic box had 2 scart sockets at the back of it so I was able to connect VHS to it but hd box only has 1 scart socket at back!
I know hd box records progs onto box but I'm a big athletics fan and like recording it on video as I keep them and have done for many yrs! Also memory would all be used up after a few days of athletics : ) Any help on how to connect VHS would be fab thank u : ) simple instructions please as lady with not alot of knowledge about cables and connections : ) |

Re: Linking vhs player to a sky hd box
Thanks for ur reply : ) I tried a splitter but the video av1 channel didn't come up! Does that mean I might need to re tune the video? Sorry for being thick

Re: Linking vhs player to a sky hd box
AV1 wouldn't come up, as you still only have one output from the Sky box - make sure the VHS box is on the output from the sky box, and try and record; the splitters only cost a couple of pounds, so may be worth trying.
