British cable operator Virgin Media is to offer business customers Internet access with unlimited bandwidth in response to customer frustrations over slow and disrupted connections.

The main selling point is the way that customers can flex the bandwidth on the line up and down according to their needs.

Other than that a standard leased line.

Yep it's their (leased line) symetrical service (same up as down)
