I met him back in the 80's at a charity game.. A great down to earth guy

He made an appearance at a football course Flyboy11 and Flyboy9 went to a couple of years ago. He was charming and engaging. He will be sadly missed.

He did a lot for my club, helping start the principals for which we are famous, it's some legacy that is still baring fruit today.

Great guy, was when he did his second spell as manager that i used to regularly go. Made a few strange decisions but was a right character pimp:
