Total Chans 336

TS Stream 48

Total Servs 336

Return Power 0dbmv

in sure my total chans was 409 last week & now its 336, could i be wrong.

336 seesm right but you shouldnt be looking at that information if oyu dnt udnerstnad it or know the riht figures

Looks fine, if you go through the help pages on the box you can test it to see if your missing any channels. Is the virgin media network that good that customers are having to hunt for faults?

Virgin is great i was just checking because the box on the side of my flats that supplys my service is open, & im just worried while its open it will afect my service but so far its ok.

It's reported wrongly in Technical Stuff sometimes. Nothing to worry about.
