Need Help with 2xmodem routers, 2x PS3 4xlaptops

hi i need some help please...

Right i have 2 Modem Routers (Netgear - SKY Modem Router) and (D-Link - SKY Modem Router) and Devolo DLAN HomePlug AV

4 x Laptops and 2xPS3's

i have the Netgear in livingroom which links 2x Laptops and 1xPS3 which work perfectly together i have connected to this modem router a Devolo AV plug.
In the bedroom i have the Devolo Plug and this is connected to the other D-Link Modem, tried to link these all together and managed to get the other laptops and PS3 to work but if one is in use the other will not work. and keeps coming up with security access. The speed was brilliant! When my Brother tried to connect his PS3 or Laptop when mine is on the Netgear Security/Sky Router Access page would keep being displayed.

i need help to link these all together i dont really want to buy more Devolo Plugs as they are expensive.

Thankyou.

Mitz

Presumably only one of these modem / routers is connected to the phone line for the broadband conection.

You will need to set the non broadband connection router so that it does not act as a DHCP server. I'd also turn andy firewalls on it off. Then you can connect one of it's LAN ports to the broadband router and the other LAN ports to the PS3/laptop/PCs. Effectively you'd be using that second router as a switch. Indeed if you continue to have problems, buying a switch instead of the second router could be the simple option for extending your network.
