Very Happy With Virgin Media
 

I've only been with Virgin since February this year and have to say I am very happy with my broadband, choice of tv channels and telephone.

I've been very impressed with the catch up tv and the tv choice content, my V+ HD box is excellent and hasn't missed a programme record since I've had it. In the future I would like to see a larger storage drive, particularly with HD.

In Feb we had 6 or 7 HD channels and since then getting on for 30, and also now some 3D content on Demand.

I get fed up sometimes seeing all the moaning on the forum, so from a very happy Virgin Media customer I thought I would share my experience.

i very happy with my vip50 service to so another very happy customer the one thing that make me even happier is if sky let us have sky sports 3+4 HD aswell but that SKY decision to withhold them not vm's

In my humble opinion, there are far more important things in life to worry about than the number or quality of TV channels you can get!

That said, I seem to be in a minority where whenever I have had a problem with Virgin, it has been resolved relatively quickly and efficiently. So, like yourselves, I am happy with Virgin, and have absolutely no plans to change

I have been a customer in all the various guises for over 16 years with hardly any issues so quite happy and nor do I have a BT line fitted and have no intention of having one either.

Awww... What a nice thread.

I agree, I got some of best customer service and by far the best speeds when I was with VM

I'll echo those sentiments, though not the one about having V babies!

Virgin BB has to be the best IMO, consistently fast @ about the quoted speed of 10Mbps.
Only once have I lost the BB service and that was for only 2 hours, not bad.

Have to say i love being with Virgin Media as well

Never really had any big problems just a couple with billing but thats about it.

Excellent customer service, engineers on time, polite and efficient, never a problem with bills and i got half price SS HS on two boxes, pretty much BOGOF.

Sort out the speeed of the box and it's ALL GOOD :p

Ditto the OP, only had one problem which was when the pin decided it wanted to reset itself a couple of times, sorted very quickly with a phone call :tu:

Had a few gripes in the past but in general I'm very happy with the products, the price and the customer service. Wouldn't move from Vm... IMO there's no real competition when you take the 3 services into account.
