SKY / BT Line cannot call VM Line
 

Hi Folk's

I recently transferred to VM from Sky. I have a strange problem where my parents cannot seem to get through to my VM line (Its the same number as it was from Sky). The number rings out then is transferred to a messaging service. I get no call coming through and my voicemail is clear?? I have spoken to VM and they have confirmed the line is ok. My parents have spoken to sky who have confirmed there line is ok. I can call my parents line from my VM line and I have had other people on Sky lines call me. Any ideas???
