help with our Virgin Mobile plan please
 
My Wife has just taken out a 24 Month contract with Virgin today and would like some advice on the Plan she has taken out.

She is getting the Samsung Monte on 24 Month contract paying £10 Month(£5 for the 1st 3 months) getting 100 Mins and 500 Texts a month.

What we would like to know is are these cross networks mins and texts and also does the calls she make to our Virgin Landline cost and calling her mobile from our virgin landline?

Also while on the phone to Virgin they got me a pay as you go sim paying £5 and they doubled it to £10 but do that come with free mins to virgin mobiles and landlines?

Its called Media Simply 8p pack with 10 pd airtime that they got me but have to say i didnt really want it but before i could say anything they had all ready taken the £5 from my debit card.

mins and texts are across all uk mobile networks

calls to landline come from the 100 mins

virgin landline to virgin mobile are free depending on your phone package as to what time of the day

Were you given the virgin to virgin mobile calls if you are already a virgin media subscriber

i've just taken out a new contract of an HTC Sensation, and just found they've charged me for a Media Simply 8p pack with 10 pd airtime, which i didnt ask for. quite annoyed about it. But i swear the person i was talking too wasn't listening to everything i said.

well at least now i know what it is, i thought i'd been charged insurance when i'd said i didnt want it, glad to get rid of my Samsung Monte, it is now very outdated.
