Cancelling Virgin Media.
 

Hi, this is my first post and was looking for some help, my 12 month contract is ending later this month. currently pay around £55 for my current set up. I was going to add sky movies and sky sports packages for an extra £29.00 a month anyway, but is there anyway of getting this cheaper if i phoned the retentions number.
Any thoughts would be welcome.

Speak to Customer relations on 150 "thinking of leaving us" option and they will see what they can do.

I do it every year and usually get offered a pretty good discount or upgrade if I take another 12 month contract.
