Upload speed slow
 
Hello,
im wondering, when i go to speedtest my upload speed comes out at 0.5Mb, when im currently paying for 0.75Mb

do my power levels look normal?

The Downstream is rather high and reason enough to call Technical Support on 151 from a Virgin Media phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone.

Your upstream looks fine but the analyst will run some checks with you.

Thanks for replying masque :)

I'd like to know would it bring a significant boost if I were to get the download power levels ammended, because if speedtests I get 19.7 Mb/ps and newsgroups pull 2300Kb/ps, it's just the upstream that lags along at the 0.5Mb rate
