Can I use a Netgear DGN2000 Wireless-N 300 Router with my Virgin cable connection

Must admit that networking/routers are not my strong point.

I have a Virgin cable internet connection. Can I use one of these with it or do I need a cable-specific one?

Thanks for any advice.

That is an ADSL router - it won't work with VM>

OK. Thought that was the case.

Thanks for the reply.

I assume this will work? (I know it's not fancy but it doesn't need to be.)

I have the same model I think, but it doesn't have the 'UKS' on the end of the model number.

Thanks.
