Pixelation from box or signal ?

Just had a SA boxed replaced today for constant rebooting problems, has been replaced with another SA box and picture on tv seems a bit more pixalated, is this possible or would it be caused by signal coming into house, shame it was not a samsung box :-(

is it on 1080? Installers usually put SAs on 720

Yes It was put to my normal setting of 1080 wide
