my dad is sending a very very big complaint to VM about the service he has recived in trying to get another STB for his house. He has sent it to CEO Neil Bleckiet or however its spelt. He wants Richard Bransons email to send it to, any no what it is? if not who else can he send the email to?

He has done exactly the right thing sending the complaint to Berkett. Sending an email to Branson would, in my opinion, be a total waste of time as he has nothing to do with running the company, he only leases out the Virgin brand name. I hope your dad gets the problem resolved.

Actually you need to address your email to neil.berkett@virginmedia.co.uk as the name you posted is incorrect and that I have posted will go to the CEO's office.

Richard Branson does not own or have anything to do with the running of Virgin Media as the name is just leased from his company.

Yes Neil will sort it out for you, he got my 2 month problem sorted out in 2 days and was very helpful indeed.

he emailed neil last night and got his issue sorted this evening. The issue is he wants another STB in the house, he wanted self install and not an enginner, they told him no cant do that, he argued they eventlly said yes, sep mum waited in 2 times for the box and they havnt even ordered it and now wont give him comp.

neil is on holiday but the CEO office sorted it today for him, got an enginner to do it free, so all sorted noiw. cheers for the help guys
