No sky sports in HP postcode area
 

Added the sky sports channels earlier today and received text to say channels would be available in an hours time, this was 3 hours ago now. Called c services and went through the turn it off turn it on panto and didn't work. The technical people :dunce::dunce: told me there was a technical fault in my area, contradicting their own website, but not sure how it can only effect sky sports and no other channel, including sky sports news,.

Is anyone else having problems in Hemel Hempstead area?
