EPG - Stuck on 06:05AM
 

Hi,
My V+ mini-guide's clock is stuck on 06:05AM and all channels are displaying no programme information.

Just wondering what should i do?
Also, Do Virgin do something at 6am to the boxes,
Also noticed yesterday that my box was on channel 999 - which means the software for the box has been updated does it not?

Try re-booting it.

If the reboot does not work then you will need to call faults on 151 from a Virginmedia phoneline or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone.

i had someting like this yesterday when i got back from holiday, date was stuck on 5th august, a reboot fixed it.

My box was stuck at 06:00 on 10th August and the tv worked but the programme guide was a shambles. Reboot (6th time in a week) sorted it.
