Waited 28 hrs still no sky HD channels
 

So it's now been 28 hrs since ordering sky HD channels 2 people have tried sending the signal through and nothing. I get the other HD channels alright but not these sky HD ones.

A technician is calling tomorrow they reckon it's my samsung v+ box for some reason.seems strange as I receive the other HD channels with no problems.

That does seem strange, I've got the Samsung, and my channels work fine, they were on when I woke up monday morning at 7.25am

I've had them send the signal through twice and double checked that it went to my HD box which is was but nothing.yes it is strange.

Mine never came through after the original 24 hours I was advised to wait, so I phoned up CS and a very nice you lady told me to turn off the HD box, then she sent a hit to the box and told me to reboot, hey presto, all HD channels were there (Sports & Movies).

I unplugged mine but nothing still happened!

I see your in Southwick pesty, my sister lives in Shoreham, by buckingham park, and she and her neighbours are getting the sky HD channels, it must be the box mate.
When the engineer comes hopefully its just a case of swopping over your V+, good luck.:tu:

PS Noticing your age pesty I'd imagine we have probably had a drink or two in the same pubs over the years:) I used to go in the cricketers many moons ago amongst others.

contact the virgin twitter team they get it sorted for you they did mine

Well the technician turned up and as I thought nothing was wrong with the box.customer care had to set my package up properly as someone had botched it. Now have the sky HD channels working and very very good they look on my 40 inch Samsung LED tv.
