ap52 on v-box no sky hd on v+
 

came home from work this morning to find the v box in bedroom had frozen unpluged it pluged it back it and it cam up with "Tune" for around 10 mins then stuck on AP52.
Went down stairs to warch some telly and noticed that the sky hd channels were still not on. Anyway phoned faults who confired that the v-box was dead and needed replacing, i asked about the sky hd channels, was put on hold for 5 mins, when he came back he said "Everything is fine with your package and the server is running fine but there seems to be a fault with the box outside your home thats why your v box isnt working and you have no sky hd channels" he booked a tech visit for thursday.

did he mean the gray box on the wall or one of the green cabs?
