Netgear WGR614 help

Using this link I have been trying to connect my laptop to the internet, wirelessly via a Netgear WGR614 router, withouth any real success.

The laptop can see the router but access to the internet just isn't happening; Would anyone like to try and help me with this please?. Thank you.
