V+ TV Menu visual appearance

I know it is a matter of opinion but I find the 'white on a blackground' menu awful, in comparison to say the Sky menu screen.
Is there a setting that is able change the V+ TV Menu appearance ?
Everhopefull !

No, unfortunately. According to VM the TV guide is designed like that to make it easier to distinguish text from background for the visually impaired.

You can turn the alternative mini guide on so that it is white with black text if you prefer it to sting your eyes at night lol :)

The white text on a black background is much more readable on a CRT telly than the old colour scheme though.

Yes, I guess you are right. I am running through an Epson projector and 84" home cinema screen so it probably looks more intense than on a normal TV.
It is just a matter of getting used to it really.
