Can someone please have a look at my signal levels please to see if they are fine please.

Your Downstream at -9.4dBmV is a bit low are you having any issues.

Not sure was getting a steady 9.39 meg up to friday but has seemed to have dropped to around 5 to 6 meg.

Your best to ring them, as masque said you downstream level is too low, a tech should sort that out rather quickly, if you still have same issue then it another problem.

Well spoke to tech support he had a look and said everything seemed fine but he did mention something about being on the borderline and our area was due to be upgraded hadn't got a clue what he was on about so agreed.

Upgrading the area is prob a resegment of the UBR, this will relief the stress and stop oversubscription for a while.

How does 20meg and 50 meg work is the 20 still on the same system as 10 or is that on the 50 meg system now?sorry if it sounds confusing.

2Mb, 10Mb and 20Mb are all on DOCSIS 1/1 and 50Mb is on DOCSIS 3.

I throught only 20Mb users was moved to DOCSIS 1.1 to relief the stress of the lower tiers?
