Not all Premier league games on Sky Sport 1/2 or HD1/2

Thought all premiership games were supposed to be on Sky sports 1 and 2. According to livesportontv the game between Tottenham Vs Man City is on Sat 14th August 12.45pm on Sky Sports 3/HD3. Looks like sky are already pulling fast one.

Except for the premiere league games that Sky don't have the rights to, then they'll be on ESPN/HD ;)

Weren't SKY warned about pulling that sort of stunt? Or am I mis-informed?

Yes they have been told if most of the PL games start to go to HD3 & HD4 then ofcom would look at making HD3 & HD4 available like they have for HD1 & HD2

Well I am now hoping that they do pull a fast one then at least we have the option of HD3/HD4.

It would take Ofcom 2 years before they took action though.
