Virgin anti virus will not operate help please

Since yesterday my virginmedia security program will not work, should I uninstall and try reinstall?

You can try that, but if it fails you will need to call in for help with it.

Yes, I had to uninstall virginmedia security from my add/remove and then reinstall. nothing else would work.
