New TV
 
I am looking for a good TV for HD and sports, what do you think of this

I don't really want to go higher than £700 less would be better, It needs to be 37inch or 40inch, I don't mind LCD or LED I don't want a plasma.

Any idea's would be welcome.

why don't you want plasma?

please tell me you're not one who believes they need regassing or use too much power or a boatload of the other myths about them?

if you could go to 42" it'll give you more choice, manufacturer wise

You can get a 42" LG Plasma HERE for £379 I have the first 50" LG plasma listed at £599 and it is brilliant.

Or you can go down the LCD route HERE

My brother has just bought a Panny brand new plasma and it uses 100 watts more than my standard LCD which uses more wattage than a LED backlit LCD

Dont buy from a shop like currys, too expensive, get one from www.ebuyer.com and if going for 42" of bigger i would go for Plasma 100%

yes I mean 5% which brings down in line with the cheapest on the net.

So you would rather have that one whoopy doo even the the Sony is in another league to that.

BTW Which reports put Sony Top of the LCD Panasonic Top of the plasma Samsung second to Sony and the newest ( only the newest) LGs catching up

My attitude? i just said "woooo that's not very big is it lol" where's the attitude in that? just found it funny because it's a small discount and you could probably get more off just from bartering in store.

as for the ex VAT price, not really misleading and i did say in a further post that i had mine set to ex vat because of purchasing,
and you actually read terms and conditions for a forum lol you must have way too much time on your hands.
