At my wits end!
 
Been having an ongoing problem with my phone line thats still not resolved after four occasions.

Have had to take lots of time off work for the engineers to come and have also been using my mobile for phone calls including phoning VM themselves.

Have wrote a complaint but still no joy and as for compensation they say .that it is not company policy

I really have had it and has anyone any ideas on where I go from here?:mad:

It should have flagged as a multiple fault now. Can you elaborate a bit more please?
