Mobil online Account
I registered to see my virgin mobil account on line yesterday.
When i then go to log in it says unable to recognise password have you registered to use the account . So i again went to register in case it did not go through the first time but then comes up allready registered . But again when i try to log in it wont reconice me. I have e mailed virgin to ask why but i got an e mail back saying it could be 5 days before they can get back to me. So was just woundering if anyone has any ideas as to why i cant log on. |

All sorted , When i ordered my phone the sales person set me up an account but spelt my name wrong , and my pass word was put in upper case which i did not know.
So now alls been put right. |
