Piers Morgan criticises "talentless celebrities".

In potentially classic case of the pot calling the kettle black, Piers Morgan has criticised the current trend of people being famous for the sake of being famous and having no talent.

Perhaps he can help remove these "talentless wastrels" by removing himself from the screen.

A lot of these "talentless celebraties" have a lot more talent than him. It's not hard to critisize someone.

Actually he's right IMHO BUT it is a bit rich coming from someone who has, through his editorship, elevated some of those he calls talentless to stardom..

He is right, but as you so rightly point out, he had been at least partially reponsible for exposing us to the antics of various celebs with no obvious talent, such as Paris Hilton and Victoria Beckham.

Although having said that, both have kept themselves in the headlines and made shedloads of money for themselves in the process which I suppose is a sort of talent in itself. Although for me to consider them proper celebrities, they'd need a talent other than PR..
