ntlworld webspace down?

Just wondered if there was a problem with the ntlworld.com webspace? I can't see anything about it in the service status, yet I've tried several sites (beginning http://homepage.ntlworld.com) and non are available?

Re: ntlworld webspace down?

I create email stationery and sometimes use my web space for streaming the sound.
Just tried one of my stats and no sound playing.
First time ever gone off.

I wonder if this is anything to do with them increasing our web space and will come back online once done?

Just thought I would check out web space help from my main account settings page.
This is what I found in first paragraph for My Web Pages.

Quote:

In order to create your website you must first add at least one webspace-compatible virginmedia.com email address that can be used to name your site.
Have a horrible feeling that our old web space has been deleted as it is now 200MB in size and they nicely forgot to tell anybody about it.

Re: ntlworld webspace down?

In defence I think any of the Virgin Media email addresses count as they should be compatible. I stopped before adding another email address but maybe should have continued to see what the ending part would have been. Might try again and see if it comes up with ntlworld.com or virginmedia.com when I add a new one.

Panic over as now showing as a fault on the Service Status page.
