I would expect what they mean is you must be either a TV or ADSL subscriber to access it otherwise you won't have a MySky account to link it all to.

Nope, you specifically need Sky Broadband.

Hmmm I can understand it from a traffic point of view but it would also be commercial suicide.... wonder how long it will be before they have to open up and allow it to all customers who have broadband no matter what the provider?
Will be a lot of complaints from Sky ADSL users on the cheap package though... they only get 2Gb a month allowance lol |

ADSL means: Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line it's quite cheaper and mostly used in developing countries.
