Excel Print Macro
Hi looking for a simple macro, I have tried hard but anything I create takes about 5 minutes to run!
What I am trying to do is set print area, I want this to be in landscape and one page wide, but the hight of pages will vary depending on how much info is in tables. And then get it to print one copy. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks Abs |
Re: Excel Print Macro
The only thing I can think of hand is under page setup you can tell excel to print x pages winde by x pages long.
I often tell it to print 1 page wide and I delete what is in the length. But this method will print everything. |
Re: Excel Print Macro
Thanks Hom3r
I tried that but for some reason it is still limiting to one page high and my 600 lines are very squashed!! Abs |
Re: Excel Print Macro
Put in something like 1000 pages tall.

There must be something real bad with my printer setup over here, when I do trhat it tries to print 1,000 pages, only three of them with anything on!!! Abs |
Re: Excel Print Macro
It only ever prints pages with data on them for me. Check that there isn't a cell populated with data near the end of the spreadsheet
