E-Mail download issue - MS Outlook

Did anything change on the Virgin Mail Server Settings? I have a @ntlworld.com e-mail address. Since the beginning of the month I’ve been experiencing problems downloading my e-mail through MS Outlook. Form time to time a few e-mails get downloaded. My in-box shows multiple e-mails still lying there that has not been downloaded.

I’ve checked my e-mail account settings and everything seems fine. The option “Test Account Settings” even sends a test e-mail which also gets delivered to my MS Outlook In-Box. What is noticeable is that the test-e-mail does not get deleted on the mail server as it remains visible using the web-mal service. Outlook settings do not depict that a copy of the e-mail should be left on the server.

Any advise or suggestions at to what the problem could be.

You'd get help quicker if you post in the e-mail section of the forum.
