V+ questions
 

Hi,
I have an appointment to get V+HD installed in about 3 weeks. I just have a couple of questions:

1. I know you get whatever box happens to be in the van, but I really want the Samsung box. How likely is it that I'll get my wish? By the way, I live in London.

2. Is the Samsung V+ exactly the same width as the standard Samsung box?

Chances are you'll get the new Samsung box. I believe they want everyone to have that box. And no, the new box is wider.
