Where are my channels?
 

I was happily watching the 1:30pm news on itv when I changed over to, dare I say, The Jeremy Kyle show on itv 2 and there was nothing but a statement saying that this channel wasn't available and to quote 3202 when calling. I could only get that channel. So I did the unplug at the mains and then I got nothing but 'Your Digital TV Service will start shortly'.

On the box was Ld20.

I called Virgin and finally got someone to actually talk to me and now I have a tech coming on Thursday between 8 and 12.

Anyone else having this problem in the Stevenage area? I know that there is a problem in Luton with the on demand service.

Could be a small local outage thats just started and you are the first to call in... if so you will get a text or call from VM to advise at some point.

I take it you have VM internet access and that is working? Try pressing and holding the Down button on the front of the box after a mains reset and it shows Ld:20

Otherwise it could just be your stb.

It runs out that I needed a new digital box. I was surprised because it wasn't that old.
