Ok i thought i would list the most common web browsers talked about here so that people can just click on the links and be taken directly to the websites to download them.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (for people who have had currupt installs or who are upgrading from earlier versions)

Also worth noting are the portable apps - Chrome & Firefox, at the time of me writing this. Portable apps can be unzipped to a flash drive or a secondary partition. If you take the browser to another PC, then you will have the preferences, mods, customisations and bookmarks with you at all times. Same goes when reformatting your OS partition - you don't have to spend 15 minutes setting up your browser all over again.
