Blueyonder email problems started last Thursday 22nd
 

Using Thunderbird/3.0.4 & Windows 7 64 bit

I've had a week of problems with pop3 account. First SMTP stopped then pop3. Spoke to virgin 5 times then they admitted there was a fault, changed current settings to new recommended settings :mad:

Have now got it to work spasmodically.

Will not pick up mail when Thunderbird is first started, I have to send a mail from another account to kick start mail to the Thunderbird but anything that was sent during the night does not arrive.

This still happening. Any help or suggestion would be really helpful.
