Dog ASBO law passed in Scotland

I suspect that this is another law that will be unenforceable because you have to have some one to oversee it and to expect the police to do so is asking a lot of an already overworked organisation.
It might work if Dog Wardens were reintroduced but that will have to be paid for and I suspect that money won't be readily available. |

Interesting that the picture features what appears to be a staffordshire bull terrier muzzled. To my knowledge they are not covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act and the one in the picture doesn't exactly look fierce.
