is he trying to buy redemtion? or is he genuinely supporting a group dear to his dead wife?
would you accept it knowing what he'd done ?
should the guides accept it ?

yeah ..the government

they could accept it ,and then donate it to a charity that deals with rape victims or a support group/s for paedophile victims after all the world association of girl guides and girl scouts (or WAGGGS..had to laugh at that)isn't short of a bob or two

Couldn't you say that this is "Blood Money"?

I wouldn't give him the satisfaction (dead or Alive) of taking this money. Taking it would have only helped him possibly free him from the guilt of his crimes (if he ever felt guilt), and if I had a daughter going to this Girl Guids Group I would remover her imeidately.
