WEBSPACE working again after 2 years
 

Just thought I would post up, as it may affect many other forum users:

I have not been able to access my NTL webspace for over two years, and contact with Virgin Media had not resolved the issue. It was the usual permissions denied error that many others have had, I could see the files but not delete them or upload to the space.
Just out of curiosity I tried today, and amazingly the webspace is working again. I have not contacted VM about this for many months, having given up after so many attempts to sort this issue, but suddenly the webapsce works again !
If you have not been able to access your NTL webspace like me for many months or even years, I suggest you try it again :)
