Free Unlimited internet?

I know the unlimited internet will be subject to fair usage etc, but what i can't seem to work out is is it is free or not.
the shop online staes free unlimited internet, but it also states unlimited internet for 30p a day.

Will it be free as part of the monthly fee, or an extra 30p each day i go online?

All depends which tariff you are on - some include internet access, some it's extra.

Re: Free Unlimited internet?

i was looking at the £30 a month one for 24 months
http://www.virginmobile.com/vm/viewP...1-50C976E6860E
as you can see the info at top says internet for 30p, the the tariff says free, its confusing

I admit, it's confusing. Someone else might advise differently, but my interpretation is:

For that phone and £30 per month tariff, you get unlimited (inclusive) internet access. (Be rather silly not to offer this particular phone without it...).

There is a "fair usage" policy here which states:

Quote:

Unlimited Mobile Internet: Unlimited mobile internet is subject to a fair use allowance of 1GB per month. If your usage exceeds this amount then we reserve the right to charge you for the excessive element of your usage at the per MB data rate for your tariff outlined in our Tariff Table. Unlimited use is within the UK and is for your personal, non-commercial use only. It doesnt include making internet phone or video calls, peer to peer file sharing, using your phone as a modem, or while you are abroad and any of these uses will be charged at the per MB data rate for your tariff outlined in our Tariff Table.
From that I read if you exceed your 1GB per month, you would be charged at 30p per day.
