Does anyone know when VM will complete the process of upgrading the email system please? I want to add a mailbox. Also, when will @virginmedia.com addy's become available to ex-ntl and other customers please? Thanks.

By the end of July but some areas will be completed earlier as with the @blueyonder migration.

After the upgrade you will only be able to have 10 mailboxes as that is the new limit but all will be over 7000Mb in size also all new mailboxes can only be @virginmedia.com, you can keep your existing @ntlworld.com addresses though.

Does end of July refer to both queries posted?

When will I be able to add another mailbox? Hopefully I won't have to wait over 3 months?
