Moved and Sky+ HD not working
 

Hi, I have moved home and taken my Sky+ box and HD box to my new home. I can get the Sky+ box working, but if I change the box to HD+ I can see all the programme listings, but get "No satelite signal being received" is there a "special" setup process for the HD box? Any help would be appreciated.

No the installation is the same as Sky+. Is Sky aware you have moved and how old is the box? You could try to go through a new hard reset on the box to force it to update software and scan for channels again in case the dish orientation is slightly different.

What's your signal levels like on the HD box?
