V+ Picture/Catch UP or TV on Demand
 

I have Had my V+ Samsung TV Box since Tuesday 16/3

If i am BBC1 Channel 101. I then decide to go to Catch Up TV or TV on Demand. to watch a program.

After I have finished watching a Program. i then go back to 'Live TV'

Sometimes when it goes back to 'Live TV'. I have no TV picture or Sound. The only thing i have on screen is the BBC red button on the right corner of the screen.

I then have to reset the V+ by pressing the Standby button until it says stop. Everything then comes back as it should be

My V+ is connected by HDMI lead
My TV is a LG M2262D Full HD

I presume this is not normal.

I have a TECH booked for Tomorrow Fri 19/3.

Is this fault known about
