OUTLOOK 2002/BLUEYONDER: Can send e-mail but not receiving
Until last Friday, my wife was having e-mail problems in Outlook 2002 with a pop box asking for her user name and the password for her blueyonder account. Prior to 22 January 2010, everything was working normally. Eventually, after hours of research I managed to fix this and all outstanding mail was delivered to her inbox. However, although I no longer get the pop up box and all the account settings tests are OK, she has not received any e-mails since Friday (not even the test e-mail from Microsoft Outlook's Account Manager). No error messages are received either.
I am the primary account holder and have had no problems whatsoever. I have wasted so much time on this and need a solution desparately before I crack up. Jimmy |

Have you tried logging in via webmail to see if there are actually messages waiting?

If you cannot access Webmail either then you need to call Tech Support on 151 from a Virgin phone or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone.
