Port forwarding on Virgin supplied routers is unsupported, better asking on a forum than calling in.

The is no training or relevant documentation in place regards port fowarding and as I said it is unsupported and out of scope, we are only there to provide a connection not to take people by the hand and adjust settings in routers.

We would fail quality if we did.;)
