Activation issue
Hey,
Anyone know about virgin mobile activation, I've got 2 contracts both of which out of the box sim card in and worked, now my new one arrived yesterday and is still showing as PAYG....with a 10p balance. Phoned up and told to wait 24hr, did this then phoned again, told to wait up to 5 working days for the contract to be attached to the phone. The lady at the call centre could see the minutes/txt/data etc that will be on the contract but cannot say how long it will take Has anyone else ever experienced this, or could it just be down to it been weekend? Not complaining, for once just find it a bit strange :D |
